Q: Can I get a Massachusetts broker’s license with your school.

A: At the moment, we do not provide classes to earn your hours required to take the brokers exam for Massachusetts.

Q: Does the real estate agent (salesperson) license work in other states besides Massachusetts?

A: Every license (Salesperson and Broker) is state specific. In order to practice in another state you must either meet the requirements of that state to earn a license and / or satisfy reciprocity requirements of neighboring states. Massachusetts has reciprocity agreements with its neighboring states. Check with each states Licensing departments to understand their requirements.

Q: Are you a legit school?

Yes; we are a licensed education provider authorized by the Massachusetts Licensing Division.

Q: Do I take the state exam through you?

No. We provide the state mandated 40 hour course required to be completed prior to taking the exam with PSIexams.com; the current testing proctor for Massachusetts. They give you the exam(s)

Q: Do you provide a book with your course?

We provide a digital course book accessible while in the course. We do not provide “hard” books.

Q: Do you provide practice exams (questions)?

Yes, we provide practice quizzes at no additional cost.

Q: How long does the course take? Can I complete it sooner?

You are required to spend no less than 40 hours of “seat time” within any and all real estate salespersons courses regardless of the school. This is a MA state mandate.

Q: When do I receive my certificate of completion?

We send the documents you need to take the exam after you have completed your 40 hours of seat time and verification of Identification. If you are under the age of 18 years, PSIexams.com will not accept you to take the exam.

Q: When do I need to take the exam by?

A: The stamped certificates we provide are good for two years from completion; no more. You will need to retake the course and complete another 40 hours of class time to earn a new certificate thereafter.

Q: Can I take your class before I am 18?

Yes, you may take our class prior to your 18th year of age, however, your certificate will not be recognized by the state nor PSIexams.com until you are 18 years of age.

Q: Where can I find the packet to apply for the exam?

A: https://www.psiexams.com/mare or mass.gov website; and/ or below for the most current version.

Q: Where do I send my completed packet?

To the address listed on the front page of the packet presented at the bottom or to the email listed on the front page of the packet presented at the top.

Q: How long does it take to hear from PSIExams.com?

Anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months on average. Your background is first checked through the state of Massachusetts before approval to take the test is given.

Q: How long can I access my course?

You have six (6) months of access. Afterward, the course closes. You will need to repurchase the course for access to the content. Your time spent will be reset, starting fresh.

Q: I completed my hours; what now?

Follow the instructions given within your course.

For the salespersons exam: Fill out the PSIExams.com packet as instructed. Attach the stamped document we sent you to the packet. Send the completed document to PSIExams.com, either via email or by regular mail.

For continuing education credits: Save and record your credits with the licensing divisions database. For MA: e-licensing (ePlace)

Q: I don’t have a printer / how do I print?

Staples, UPS, Office Max, your local library, school, university, or brokerage you may be joining.
